Packages
Packages are a group of Jobs configured and executed at the same time.
Package creation
Step 1: Go to Packages page, click "Create new" button which is in center of empty page to create your first package.
- If already packages exists, then click "Action", within that click "+ New package" to create new package.
Step 2: An overlay panel titled "Create new package" will appear on the right. Type the desired package name, then add the jobs from the dropdown or click "Select all" to select all jobs.
Step 3: You can rearrange the jobs by holding and draging six dots. Also you can delete the jobs if not required. Click "Create package" to create.
- The popup message appears saying "Package created successfully". You can see the package in Packages page. The details consists of Package name, Jobs, created on, Last run and Action.
Managing the Package
- In Action, you can edit the Package, run the Package. And when you click on three dots, you can rollback or delete the Package.
- When you click "Run", An overlay panel titled "Run package" will appear on the right where you can check and confirm the Package, then Click "Run package".
Note
it will take some time to complete the run.
- Once package has completed run successfully, you can see the green ticks beside all the jobs which says run has been completed.
- You can check the previous runs in the history of Package page. Click "View" to see the history.
- An overlay panel titled "Package history" will appear on the right. Click "View" to view logs of specific jobs.
- The logs consists of all the details such as Actions, Status, Total, Success and Failed data of job.
